We absolutely loved Greg’s place. It was beautiful inside and out. Love the hot tub after spending time at the beach. It was extra nice having chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and beach buggy to haul items to beach. House had everything you needed and wanted. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed the privacy of this location! The hosts are very responsive. We had a very comfortable stay here. The outdoor shower was my favorite part.

We had an amazing stay and spent lots of time lounging around the house. It truly felt like an oasis right by the beach and had everything we needed for our family. Our one year old learned to say “turtle” and our four year old said he was going to miss this house.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom beach house! The property was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The peaceful sounding water pond with cute fish and baby turtles and the hot tub were highlights. We will forever have such wonderful memories of this stay and our trip to Channel Islands National Park. The location made it easy to enjoy the local beaches and surrounding area. The home was thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities you could ask for, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The smores basket was so cute and fun to do make with my adult daughter. Instructions for everything were very clear and helpful. The hosts were responsive, welcoming, and clearly take great pride in maintaining the property. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach retreat!

The place had one of the nicest interiors of the many places I’ve stayed with this site. The furniture was Restoration and the beds were DIVINE. The outdoor spaces and lighting was also perfect in the evenings - even when hot weather opened windows with no bug issues whatsoever. The fire pit was perfect as was the hot tub!!! There is not a grill on the property so that’s the only thing I wish I would’ve paid attention to before we left! Otherwise kitchen amenities were perfect including some baby gear if you have one.

We had a wonderful stay. If we ever have occasion to visit the Oxnard area again, I'd book here without hesitation.

This place was beautiful and perfect! The property, the outdoor space was just amazing. Great location to get to the beach, awesome amenities. Private and quiet. Highly recommend if looking for a y and peaceful place to stay.

We had a great stay and really loved the design of the house! Looks exactly like the pictures shown! The property manager provided a thoughtful basket with popcorn, a bottle of wine, and all the tools and ingredients for making s'mores. We used the fire pit to make them, which was great because one of our friends had never had s'mores before. This was her first time. Added more memorable memories! The kitchen had a great selection of seasonings and everything worked smoothly. The beds were soft and comfortable, and we all slept well during our stay. The property also provided plenty of towels, and the jacuzzi was ready when we arrived! The whole place felt homie, clean, and had a very nice ambiance. We wish we could have spent more time there. Highly recommend!!!

This place was BEAUTIFUL! Even better than the photos, it felt so magical walking in here for the first time. The pond was my favorite part, seeing the two little turtles pop out every now and again.

OMG!! My family and I really enjoyed our stay here at this lovely home. This beach house looked EXACTLY like the pictures. The home was clean, and comfortable. I love the fact that the host left a welcome note and a binder with clear instructions and info about the Airbnb. My most favorite part was the koi/fish and turtle pond in the front yard! 😊 The beach was a literal 6 minute walk from the home. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
